Working Principle:
A check valve operates by leveraging the flow of the medium itself. When the pressure below the valve stem exceeds the pressure above, the disc opens. Conversely, when the pressures equalize, the disc closes. This ensures unidirectional flow within the pipeline, preventing fluid backflow and averting potential accidents.
