Butterfly ValvesThese valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, offering a versatile solution for various system requirements. Our range of manual controls is extensive, ensuring that we can meet the specific needs of any application. Pneumatic controls are available in horizontal and vertical configurations, with options for single-, double-effect, and modulating actions. They can also be equipped with control tops and proximity sensors, making them suitable for a wide array of industries, including beer, beverage, dairy, food, fruit juice, pharmacy, biotechnology, and more.
Options
1. The seat and gasket are available in NBR (Nitrile) or VMQ (Silicone), both compliant with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections can be customized to butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or other configurations upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle or a multi-position handle, available in either pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator options: pneumatic stainless steel actuator (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuator (horizontal type), and electric actuator.
5. Control options: position sensor, C-top controller, and C-top controller (AS-I).
Design Features

2. Available in sizes ranging from DN25 / 1" to DN300 / 12".
