Butterfly ValvesOur butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, catering to a diverse range of system requirements. Manual controls come in various forms to suit different needs, while pneumatic controls offer horizontal, vertical, single-effect, double-effect, and modulating options. These valves can be equipped with control tops and proximity switches. They find extensive applications in industries such as beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, and biotechnology.
Options
1. The seat and gasket can be made from NBR (Nitrile) or VMQ (Silicone), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections are customizable and can include butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or other options upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle available in either pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator choices range from pneumatic stainless steel actuators (vertical type) and pneumatic aluminum actuators (horizontal type) to electric actuators.
5. Control features include position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers with AS-I.
