For small orders, we accept PayPal, Western Union, T/T, and Credit Card.
For bulk orders, we accept T/T and L/C.
Q5. How do you ensure quality control?
Quality control is paramount to ensure no material mixing or subpar quality. We meticulously manage quality from start to finish. Only 304 and 316L stainless steel are used, with 100% inspection of raw materials. During production, materials are separated by type. After production, we inspect 10% of the materials. If a 0.1% issue is found within this batch, further inspection of 100% of the materials is conducted without exception.
Q6. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We take great pride in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. While we strive for perfection, occasional quality issues may occur. By focusing on providing the correct materials from the outset, we minimize time spent on quality problems. Should a quality issue arise, we accept full responsibility. We believe our commitment will yield positive returns. Abandoning responsibility drives customers away, whereas consistently taking responsibility retains them.
Q7. How long is your delivery time?
For standard production, delivery time is 7-10 days. For bulk orders, delivery takes 15-25 days.
Q8. Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on all our stainless steel products. Gaskets are excluded due to varying customer applications.
