Butterfly valvesOur versatile butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, catering to diverse system needs. Manual controls come in a variety of types, while our pneumatic controls offer horizontal and vertical options with single-, double-effect, and modulating functionalities. They can be enhanced with control tops and proximity sensors. These valves find extensive applications in various fields including beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
Options
1. The seat and gasket materials available are NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all compliant with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections can be customized to include butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or others upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle made of pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator choices are diverse: pneumatic stainless steel actuator (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuator (horizontal type), and electric actuator.
5. Control options include a position sensor, C-top controller, and C-top controller (AS-I).
