Butterfly ValvesOur Butterfly Valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, offering flexibility to match diverse system requirements. Manual controls are available in a variety of styles, and pneumatic controls come in horizontal and vertical orientations. Options include single-, double-effect, and modulating types, which can be paired with control tops and proximity sensors. This versatility makes our valves ideal for applications in beer, beverages, dairy foods, fruit juice, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and more.
Options
1. Seat and gasket materials offered include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all compliant with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections available upon request: butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, and more.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and multi-position handle, available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator options: vertical pneumatic stainless steel, horizontal pneumatic aluminum, and electric actuators.
5. Control options: position sensor, C-top controller, and C-top controller (AS-I).
