Butterfly valvesOur versatile butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically to suit various system requirements. We offer a broad spectrum of manual controls and both horizontal and vertical pneumatic controls, which can be single-, double-effect, or modulating. These can be equipped with control tops and proximity sensors, making them ideal for a myriad of applications in industries like beer, beverage, dairy, food, fruit juice, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
Options
1. The seat and gasket options include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all conforming to FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. We provide a variety of end connections such as butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or others upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle available in either pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator choices encompass pneumatic stainless steel actuators (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuators (horizontal type), and electric actuators.
5. Control mechanisms include position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers (AS-I).
