Butterfly valvesOur butterfly valves can be actuated both manually and pneumatically, offering a versatile range of manual controls tailored to various system demands. Pneumatic controls are available in horizontal and vertical orientations and feature single-, double-effect, and modulating options. Equipped with control tops and proximity sensors, these valves find extensive applications across multiple industries, including beer, beverages, dairy foods, fruit juice processing, pharmaceuticals, and biological sectors.
Options
1. The seat and gasket options include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), both adhering to FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connection types available: butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or other custom requests.
3. Handle options: 3-position pull handle or multi-position handle, available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator varieties: pneumatic stainless steel actuator (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuator (horizontal type), and electric actuator.
5. Control mechanisms: position sensor, C-top controller, and C-top controller (AS-I).
