Butterfly ValvesOur butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, providing versatile control to meet varied system requirements. Manual controls come in multiple options, while pneumatic controls are available in horizontal, vertical, single-effect, double-effect, and modulating configurations. They can be equipped with control tops and proximity sensors. Widely used across numerous industries including beer, beverage, dairy, food, fruit juice, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
Options
1. Seat and gasket options include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600.
2. End connections available: butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or custom upon request.
3. Handle options: 3-position pull handle; multi-position handle available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator options: pneumatic stainless steel actuator (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuator (horizontal type), and electric actuator.
5. Control options: position sensor, C-top controller, and C-top controller (AS-I).
Design Features
1. Conforms to multiple standards: DIN, 3A, SMS, ISO/IDF, BS/RJT, and ASME/BPE.
2. Available sizes range from DN25 / 1" to DN300 / 12".
3. Multi-position handles can be used for valves up to DN100 / 4".
4. Pull handles are suitable for valves from DN25 / 1" to DN300 / 12".
