Our Butterfly ValvesOur top-tier butterfly valves can be actuated both manually and pneumatically, catering to an array of system requirements. Manual controls come in various forms, while pneumatic controls offer horizontal and vertical orientations in single-, double-effect, and modulating functions. These valves can also be fitted with advanced control tops and proximity sensors. They are extensively used across diverse industries, including beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, and biotechnology.
Options
1. The seat and gasket options include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all compliant with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections are versatile, available in butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, and customizable options upon request.
3. Handles are available in 3-position pull handles and multi-position handles, crafted from pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator options include pneumatic stainless steel actuators (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuators (horizontal type), and electric actuators.
5. Control mechanisms include position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers (AS-I).
