Butterfly valvesOur versatile butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, offering a wide range of controls to meet varied system requirements. Pneumatic controls come in horizontal and vertical configurations, with single-, double-effect, and modulating options. They can also be equipped with control tops and proximity sensors. These valves are widely applied across numerous fields, including beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, and biological industries.
Options
1. Seat and gasket options include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. Various end connections are available: butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or custom requests.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle, available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator choices comprise pneumatic stainless steel actuators (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuators (horizontal type), and electric actuators.
5. Control options feature position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers with AS-I.
