Butterfly ValvesOur butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, offering a versatile solution to meet a variety of system requirements. The manual controls are available in a wide array of designs, ensuring compatibility with diverse systems. Pneumatic controls come in both horizontal and vertical configurations, with options for single-effect, double-effect, and modulating actions. These controls can be fitted with advanced control tops and proximity sensors. Our valves are widely used in numerous industries, including brewing, beverage production, dairy food processing, fruit juice production, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
Options
1. The valve seat and gasket options include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all of which comply with FDA 21CFR177.2600 regulations.
2. End connection choices range from butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, to custom options upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle, available in either pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator options encompass pneumatic stainless steel actuators (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuators (horizontal type), and electric actuators.
5. Control options feature position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers with AS-I integration.

2. Valve sizes range from DN25 (1") to DN300 (12").
