Pneumatic controls are available in horizontal and vertical configurations, with options for single-, double-effect, and modulating actions. These valves can also be equipped with control tops and proximity sensors, making them highly versatile. Widely applied across various industries such as beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
Options
1. Seats and gaskets can be made from NBR (Nitrile) or VMQ (Silicone), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections available in butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or other customized options upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle, available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator choices include pneumatic stainless steel actuators (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuators (horizontal type), and electric actuators.
5. Control options include position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers with AS-I.
