Butterfly ValvesOur sophisticated butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically to meet diverse system requirements. Manual controls offer a range of configurations, while pneumatic controls are available in horizontal and vertical orientations, including single-, double-effect, and modulating options. These can be equipped with control tops and proximity sensors. Widely utilized across multiple industries such as beer, beverage, dairy, food, fruit juice, pharmacy, and biotechnology.
Options
1. The seat and gasket options include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections can be customized to butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or other specifications upon request.
3. Handle options: 3-position pull handle or multi-position handle available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator options: pneumatic stainless steel actuator (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuator (horizontal type), and electric actuator.
5. Control options include position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers (AS-I).
