Butterfly valvesThis versatile valve can be actuated either manually or pneumatically. With a wide range of manual controls available, it can meet diverse system requirements. Pneumatic controls are available in horizontal and vertical configurations, with single-effect, double-effect, and modulating options. They can also be fitted with control tops and proximity sensors. This valve is widely used in various industries, including beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, and biological fields.
Options
1. The seat and gasket can be made from NBR (Nitrile) or VMQ (Silicone), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections can be butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or customized upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Available actuators include pneumatic stainless steel actuators (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuators (horizontal type), and electric actuators.
5. Control options include position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers (AS-I).
