Sample Valve:
When you turn the handwheel clockwise, the valve shaft and seal rise, opening the valve for sampling. Conversely, turning the handwheel anti-clockwise lowers the valve shaft and seal, thereby closing the valve.
Yogurt Sampling Valve:
