Butterfly valvesOur butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, offering a versatile solution tailored to meet diverse system requirements. Our range features manual controls and a variety of pneumatic controls, including horizontal, vertical, single-effect, double-effect, and modulating options. These can be fitted with control tops and proximity sensors. Widely applied across various industries such as beer, beverage, dairy, food, fruit juice, pharmacy, and biological sectors, our valves are designed for maximum efficiency and reliability.
Options
1. The seat and gasket options include NBR (Nitrile) and VMQ (Silicone), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600 standards.
2. End connections are available in butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or customized options upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle, available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator choices range from pneumatic stainless steel (vertical type) and pneumatic aluminum (horizontal type) to electric actuators.
5. Control options include position sensors, C-top controllers, and C-top controllers with AS-I interfaces.
