Butterfly valvesOur butterfly valves can be actuated either manually or pneumatically, providing versatility to meet diverse system requirements. The manual controls come in various types to cater to different needs, while the pneumatic controls are available in horizontal and vertical configurations, with single-effect, double-effect, and modulating options. Additional features include control tops and proximity sensors. These valves find extensive application in industries such as beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, and biotechnology.
Options
1. The seat and gasket can be made from NBR (Nitrile) or VMQ (Silicone), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600 guidelines.
2. End connections can be customized to butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line, or other specifications upon request.
3. Handle options include a 3-position pull handle and a multi-position handle, available in pure stainless steel or with a plastic cover.
4. Actuator options include pneumatic stainless steel actuators (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuators (horizontal type), and electric actuators.
5. Control options include position sensors and C-top controllers, with AS-I bus compatibility.
