1. Application:
Sanitary diaghragm valves are widely used in the process of producing wine, dairy, and beverage, food industry as well as in pharmaceutical field, and play the role as contronl box switch in order to contronl the pipeling fluid.
2. Working principle:
Diaghrahm valves is closed in a normal state, the diaghragm close to the body cavity, closed pipe flow leads to the path, Whenb the diaghragm valve needs to clean ti western open, just need to manuallt roteting the hand wheek or drive cotronl acuator to stimulate the stem upward movement if the spherical diaghragm followed up bending.
So that the valve to form aconduction state, shell realization cleaning and the purpose to open. The diaghragm to the lower part of the body cavity and the upper valve cover cavity seperated from the stem at the upper part of the diaghragm, spool and other parts from the corrosive media, eliminating the need to packing seal structure, and will not produce the media leak. Optimized body design, so that the cleaning solution completely excretion. There is no retention.
3. Material:
Steel parts: Stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316L.
Sealing: EPDM+RTFE this sealing adopt the material imported from other countries. (can comply with the standards of FDA177.2600). And we can bolted the sealing perfectly the whole set sealing. And the part of the sealing touch with the medium is made of PTFE, has good performance in cold temperature (-25Degree) and in hot temperature. And can bear variety of chemical agents as well as good abrasion performance.

3. How can you ensure the quality?
We always take the Quality as the most important point during our business. So we have a formal regulation to control the quality, the procedure will be: A. The raw materials will be 100% inspected. we will ruturn to the supplier for any of poor raw materials. B. during production, different materials will be charged by different person to avoid any mixing. C. After production, we always inspect 50% for each lot. If there is any problem in the 50%, then we will go back to inspect 100%. of course, if our customer have the special requirement to inspect 100%. We can do that as well.
4. Can you supply the 3.1 Quality Certificate (including the chemical composition analysis resuls)?
Yes, we inspect chemical composition for every lot of our material , and supply the record to issue the 3.1 Quality Certificate. If necessary, we can send the 3.1 Quality Certificate together with the shipping documents.
5. How do you solve the quality Complaint, if any?
We are prety proud that we never let any customer leave us bcz the quality. We'll do our best to supply the correct products, so we receive little quality complaint during our 15 years business. If it is happend, we'll be responsible for it from the begining to the end.
6. How long would be the delivery time?
Regarding the common products, 8-10 days will be enough; for bulk order, 15-25days is required. It depends the order quantity
